    They have been calling my phone every 45 minutes for 3 days now. I am on the DNC list, but am still getting calls non stop on my phone. I really want it to stop any ideas?

    I live in Costa Rica and the call seemed very legitimate, but now that I read your posts I am a little concern. Iit makes no sence to me, the lady who called me said her name was Carmen Hernandez and we talked about 30 minutes, never asked me for money and the credit info she asked for was not something you wouldn´t have got with just my name. This was an inetnational phone call as well... God, these kind of scam is out sourcing, what´s next?

    For those wishing to file a complaint find out what constitutes a violation and how to file a complaint at:

    http://www.fcc.gov/cgb/donotcall/

    The more specific info on what telemarketers are allowed/not allowed do do and to whom to file a complaint with are located at near the bottom of the page.

    Obviously your complaint may not stop the calling, but if the FCC or FTC receive an overwhelming amount of complaints action may be taken.

    If you want to take it a step further you may file suit via your states court system (that info also provided at the bottom of the page of the above link)

    If you are going to make the effort to complain, might as well go through the right channels - that is the only way the results you desire will happen.

    Call Type: Scam
    These guys wont stop calling, even after you ask them not to 100 times. They call me twice a day everyday now. I have had enough and no longer answer to them. I would like for them to stop though. Any ideas?

    I called 702-616-7900 finally after getting multiple calls every day with no message ever left.
    They only answer the phone "Corporate Office"
    I said i wanted to find out who keeps calling me from this number and i was put in a never-ending call queue.
    searched the number and found this-

    I received a call on 9/7/09 at 10:23 am from 702-616-7900.
    Total solicitation and I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST!
    They are calling my cellphone.

  • Internet Marketing Telemarketer
    Call Type: Telemarketer
    These people are with a Company called "Results" in Las Vegas NV, they claim to be "affiliated" with ClickBank and other name brands on the Internet they will not provide the Corporate Name of the Company.
    They only answer the phone "Corporate Office"
    This company appears to be some sort of Internet Scam Company they throughout names like "Chris Cobb" and ClickBank and Forex.com
    Eric Rouchey is one of the "sales Consultants", said the name of the company is Resultzzs NOTE the spelling.
