    This number keeps calling with Caller ID "Brooks Partners"

    They claim there is nothing wrong with your credit cards but you should call them immediately to qualify for an interest rate reduction! There is no interest rate reduction they try to get you to pay them money! It is a SCAM.

    When will the FTC or FCC stop these interest rate reduction Scammers?
